1. An audit and evaluation of existing activities has been undertaken.
2. Consultation with pupils and parents/carers has been undertaken to ascertain community needs, as well as discussions with other stakeholders, such as teachers and school governors. These consultations will be ongoing to ensure we try to meet any changing needs.
3. Gaps and overlaps have been identified and the cluster will aim to create a diverse portfolio of activities, building on what is already in place and is working well.
4. The Cluster Management Team consider the various options for new activities tailored to the needs of the local community and incorporate details into each respective school's Improvement Plan as appropriate.
5. Regular communications and updates are issued to all stakeholders.
6. The Extended Schools Manager implements all new affordable and reliable services, to ensure sustainability and ongoing support by service users.
